Steven Yule is a chartered civil engineer who leads digital, data and AI work for infrastructure. Based in Dubai, he has spent 17 years across the Gulf and the UK making technology useful once it meets a live capital programme, including as project director of the first integrated infrastructure plan for the Riyadh region. Through OkArthur he reviews decisions for owners delivering more than one development at once, and advises boards. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, an ICE Policy Fellow, the ICE UAE Country Representative and a non-executive director of Thomas Telford Ltd.
