If you are considering a review

It helps if your first message says what the decision is and when it has to be made. Mention any other developments it affects and who has to be convinced. Describe the parties by role and not by name, such as the main contractor or the platform supplier.

A short call follows, then a fixed-fee proposal. I take on a small number of engagements at a time. I will tell you on the first call whether I can take yours on.

Tell me what is being decided or going to market over the coming months. Say where you need someone independent involved. Describe the people and firms by role here too.
