About OkArthur

OkArthur is the advisory practice of Steven Yule, a digital, data and infrastructure transformation director based in Dubai. A chartered engineer (CEng FICE), he has spent over sixteen years across the UAE, the wider GCC and the UK making technology useful in live capital delivery.

His work spans digital strategy, product, data engineering, data science and software delivery, bringing governance, systems engineering and commercial discipline to complex programmes. Most of it comes down to one thing: making digital capabilities procurement-ready and operational, with clear ownership, controls and benefits measures that carry through mobilisation, commissioning and handover.
